Oneal Sanitation has offered a Community Rate to the Residents of Adams Run

• Weekly trash pickup Mondays
• Homeowners can add yard waste collection.
• Homeowners can add recycling collection on Thursdays.
• Homeowners can add twice a week pickup.

Single date trash pickup rates include:

• Level 1: 9-25 homes = $57/qtr
• Level 2: 26-50 homes = $54/qtr
• Level 3: 51-100 homes = $51/qtr
• Level 4: 101-144 homes = $48/qtr
  • Additional services listed above can be added to individual accounts for $39 per add on service. (i.e. Add yard waste and recycling for $78 + single trash pickup rate above)

General notes:

• Rates guaranteed for 3 years.
• The above rates are merely group rates that have been offered.  The neighborhood has not established a single source provider in the covenants.
• Oneal is beginning to utilize newer trucks that are quieter and more efficient, and they will eventually be switching over to automated side-loaders.
• Trash cans are exact same sizes as other providers (96 gallons)
• Pickup is 52 weeks a year, unless otherwise notified – even if holidays such as Christmas are on the scheduled pickup day, they will still pickup.
• Currently scheduled to pick up between 6AM and 6:30AM but they will be flexible on timing provided more homeowners agree to use their service. 
• The billing cycle is 90 days and is paid up front.  Any cancellation will take effect at the end of any 90-day period.  No prorated refund due to cancellation.
